- JSJohnathan Smith4 days ago1.0Unsatisfactory experience. Booked a Mercedes-Benz, but was given a Hyundai instead. The manager was uncooperative. This level of service is not acceptable. I would prefer to walk than to use this company's car rental service again.
- YEYolande' ElliottAug 14, 20261.0I rented a vehicle from Enterprise using my debit card, which required a $300 deposit. Because the deposit was paid with a debit card, the $300 should have been refunded directly back to my bank account. Instead, Enterprise attempted to process it as a reversal, which did not result in the funds being returned to my account. I have spoken with several Enterprise representatives, including Corporate, and multiple individuals acknowledged that they could see the issue and assured me that a refund would be issued. Despite those assurances, I still have not received my $300. After getting nowhere with the local office, I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Enterprise responded to my complaint and again stated that the $300 would be refunded. However, the funds still have not been deposited into my account.

As someone whose career is business development and people development, I can tell she’s going to be an asset. She’s very quick on her feet, and treats customers extremely well. Will be using this location when I need in the future.

The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made the rental process as smooth as they could. The only downside was the long line, so I had to wait a while before being helped. Other than that, the customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how courteous and efficient the employees were. Thank you for turning my experience around!
