  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service. I booked my appointment a week in advance because my car was jerking while accelerating, and I also needed an oil change and fluid service. When I arrived last week for my original online appointment, the manager told me they couldn’t even find my appointment in their system. Instead of helping, they made me reschedule and come back another week. This week was even worse. They kept my car for SEVEN HOURS and didn’t touch it at all. The car was parked in the exact same spot the entire time. During those 7 hours, I called multiple times for updates and nobody answered the phone. When I finally went there in person, they casually told me they “didn’t get time” to work on my car because they had too many cars today. If you already know you are overloaded, why accept appointments? What is the point of scheduling a week in advance if customers are just going to waste an entire day waiting? Because of this, I wasted 7 hours of my day plus around $50 in Uber fares for absolutely nothing. No communication, no professionalism, no respect for customers’ time. This was one of the most unprofessional auto service experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Alan and his team are amazing. They explained what my car needed (and what was probably not necessary, and expensive), and did a great job in just a couple days. It’s my new go-to car repair place. Appreciate you guys !

  Alan was very honest about pricing and what was going on with my car. He offered another place to go if he couldn’t get my tires at a reasonable price. Someone came in on their day off to replace my tires. So thankful.
