  I haven't got my car in at the Tuffy in Powell due to my schedule But Alan is very responsive through emails. Very professional and communicative. Answered all of my questions very promptly. This is a good quality repair facility they also do oil changes featuring quality lubricants from Shell and use brand name Napa oil filters. Good place to go! The online system to make an appointment is very easy along with what services to choose from. I look forward to my visit at Tuffy in Powell.

  #1 I won't take a car anywhere but here. This is the most reputable business I have ever interacted with and they work on cars. They are knowledgeable about the year of the car and the intricacies and will fix it, recommend against certain service, or recommend you go to the dealer if that is best in your situation.

  My son had some sounds coming from the brakes in a (new to us) Car. We dropped it off to have it looked at. Alan called us two hours later to say they didn't find anything wrong, but when they previously replaced the pads they didn't lubricate the brake assemblage? Alan told me there wouldn't be any charge since all they did was remove the tires and lube the brakes. In this day and age who does that? I dropped a nice tip off for the mechanic. Very honest people !

  Will always bring my cars here. Alan, the manager is always forthright and honest. I was once told by a dealership and another business my breaks needed replaced immediately (they both gave opposite ends of which brakes needed immediate replacement). Took it to Tuffy and Alan told me I had another 5000 miles to go before replacing the brakes. Also had rotors replaced while still in warranty thanks to them.

  I had an outstanding experience at Tuffy’s on Hard Road, Powell location, and especially want to give a huge shout out to their manager, Alan. It was my first time at that location. Alan was professional and very helpful. Answered all my questions without rushing me and gave honest recommendations - never once did I feel like he was trying to upsell anything. The service was completed efficiently and in a very timely manner. It is clear he leads by example and has built a team that takes pride in their work the right way. I am now a forever customer of Tuffy’s. Thank You, Alan and team!!
