  This Tuffys auto location is the best one! Alan is super honest and real with you. I made an appointment to get my car looked at before I go on my trip and they went in and fixed some parts for my breaks/rotors that weren’t don’t correctly free of charge?! My car was okay other than that issue but he fixed that for me out of pure kindness! I am so greatful and will be coming back. Thank you again!! P.s. I got my breaks/rotors done at the tuffys in Gahanna last Spring (I do not recommend going to that location).

  Alan and team were excellent AS ALWAYS! We’ve been coming here for 14+ years because the service is outstanding, and their knowledge of all vehicles is phenomenal.   I've been bringing my vehicles to this Tuffy location for over 10 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Alan with my automotive needs. The level of service has always been outstanding, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Alan is especially great to work with. He's knowledgeable, honest, and always takes the time to explain what's needed without ever making you feel pressured. It's hard to find a repair shop that consistently delivers quality work and exceptional customer service, but this team does exactly that. Highly recommend!
