I didn't have an appointment but he was able to fit me in FAST even though they were backlogged. I came in riding on a spare tire and the crew was able to get me two new tires to match the two I previously bought a few months ago from them. I wasn't expecting it to be ready so quickly. THANK YOU!

Manager Bill assisted with the purchase and install, which was expedient and courteous. Earlier this year an unexpected issue arouse with the tires and I spoke with Manager Caleb who had me in for an emergency inspection within an hour of my call and then scheduled an install of a new set of tires the following day. Bill and Caleb addressed the process of navigating a replacement set of tires with a professional touch, making sure that everything was squared away properly. I will count on the Sawmill Tire Discounters for my rotations, alignment, and when needed, a new set of tires. I recommend their services to folks looking for a shop that runs a tight ship, with kind and thoughtful managers at the helm.

I ended up needing two new tires which I knew that I was due soon for them anyways. I asked them to do some extra checks as well. They had my car in and out within an hour and 15 minutes! Price wasn't bad at all for 2 new low profile tires on my Genesis $324.00 for 2 tires. Not bad! I'll definitely always go back. Customer service was Excellent and super quick and friendly and explained everything to me. Kept me informed while my car was being worked on. On top of it all I was having a rough day and they made it so much better and quickly reduced my anxiety about my tires. The Best neighborhood tire place in town!!! 😃🙌👏
