  This place is a scam that constantly rips off their customers. I had a rental amd barely drive. I shouldn't even got it but insurance payed so I thought what the hell. I noticed a dent after I got home, which is less than a 2 min drive. The worker said OK they will note it on file. Well when I returned they accused me of making the dent amd said they smell smoke. I dont smoke and I was only one in car. They charged me $500 which took me a month to get back. Watch out with this place! Thoroughly inspect it b4 you leave. Use your phone amd 5ake a video even. They will try to .ake as much money as possible.

  My van was waiting for me when I got there, which I appreciated, considering the craziness of the Memorial Tournament. Justin McAbee, the Mgr was pleasant and super helpful. It made for a terrific trip, could not ask for more, thank you!

  No one ever answers the phone. It auto hangs up after 15 mins while forcing you to listen to how great their customer service is. Its been about 45 mins of being on hold.

  Avoid This Location – 6 Months of Broken Promises and Missing Items I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic customer service at this Enterprise location. My experience here has been a six-month saga of being ignored, lied to, and ultimately told to lawyer up over items they admitted they had. In January 2026, I left some personal belongings in a rental vehicle. I called immediately upon realizing it. Justin McAbee confirmed to me over the phone that my items were found and were safely at the branch for me to pick up. When I arrived, my belongings were completely gone. The Ghosting: Justin McAbee admitted fault and promised the branch would reimburse me for the missing items. I sent him the exact list of what was missing. Instead of resolving it, he ghosted me for months. I called and walked into the store multiple times with zero resolution. More Empty Promises: In May, after months of pushing, I was finally told by the team—including Jason Pearson and Ryan Batts, who are also involved in handling this mess—that they would finally cut me a check for the lost items. The Ultimate Brush-Off: After a week and a half of no check arriving, I followed up with Justin McAbee again. Instead of providing a tracking number or an update, he told me to "involve my legal counsel." It has been six months since they lost my property, promised to pay for it, and then dragged their feet only to tell me to get a lawyer. Absolutely shady business practices and zero accountability from Justin, Jason, and Ryan. Save yourself the headache and rent from literally anywhere else.
