  I called and talked a nice guy who answered the phone. He helped me to explain what I needed, checked to make sure that they could do it and said it was ok if I stopped in later. I did, they took me right in and fixed it while I waited. It was the molding above my F150’s rear sliding glass window. They refastened it and told me not to use it for a few days I till everything set up. I will give a try Tuesday. Lisa and everyone I dealt with was great!

  I brought my vehicle in for brake work and I was pleasantly surprised to hear they #Warranty their parts and labor for two years or 24,000 miles! The staff is very helpful and pleasant, and the facilities are spotless! I find their professionalism to be worth the trip from Fremont, Ohio.

  Autumn set up the appointment for me the same day and explained how they were going to proceed with the requested service. Issac was my technician. We went for a road test after the alignment to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. Issac also explained what he did to correct the alignment issue and pointed out a potential problem that I need to be aware of with my model of vehicle. I have not been a customer of Port Clinton Auto Repair until now, but I highly recommend them. I will definitely do my automotive business with them in the future!

  $140 for an oil change? They couldn't quote it ahead of time because they didn't know what oil filter it would take? I thought that was odd. But I figured for a simple oil change the price wouldn't be too crazy... but it was! They said the price included an inspection which I did not order. They also didn't reset the oil setting to 100%. However, they did leave a cute little bag of popcorn on my seat as a thank you for gouging me with predatory pricing. Had I know the cost ahead of time I absolutely would not have taken it there. Beware of this operation and insist on a firm quote in advance of services!
