  A very welcoming customer service desk. The staff was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to be greeted by. The tech was professional and test drove the vehicle before promptly diagnosing the issue. The performed work went extremely well and was completed quickly. 10/10

  At suggestion to bring the car for a quick look, they took care of a simple problem then and there and did not pressure me to do more. I had planned to do more, so made appointment, but left with immediate problem solved and no charge. Very nice.

  Excellent service from Josh, and I was very impressed with how you could make an appointment on their website and review all inspections as well as approve/decline service recommendations from your phone. Kim also drove me to and from my place, which I really appreciated while my car was being serviced!

  I would give them more stars if I could! Here's what happened, My son his wife and 2 month old were traveling from Tennessee to Marblehead. They were hearing a grinding noise with their brakes. The noise was pretty loud and then went away. Knowing they were going to be heading back for a nine hour trip with the baby, I surely didn't want them to have a breakdown. Even though they were very busy, Lisa worked me in the very next day, and they were able to diagnose that it had been a small rock or gravel and there were no serious issues (they pretty much could've told me it was anything). They performed a full check and light maintenance (Including lubricating and minor adjustments) for a very reasonable price. I can't believe how quickly they were able to diagnose and take care of everything. These days, it's nice to have an honest, reliable, competent local automobile repair shop that you can trust. I couldn't recommend them more highly!!!! They were extremely friendly and I now have the absolute go to place for any type of automobile work in the future!!!
