I am generally very wary of repair shops due to years of dealing with foot-dragging and corner-cutting, but True Performance is the complete opposite. When my BMW M2 Competition was hit, Ed managed my case with incredible diligence. He fought the insurance company's attempts to cut corners to save money at every turn to ensure they used the right parts to bring the car back to its "like-new" state, all while keeping me updated through pandemic-related shipping delays. They made a long, awful process so much less awful where they could. What continues to truly set them apart, however, is their long-term integrity. Two years after the initial repair, I had a minor issue with the door alignment. They got me in immediately, and the owner personally helped troubleshoot a separate tricky noise issue that most shops would have used as an excuse to blow me off. If you have a luxury vehicle that needs work, don't even hesitate. This is the one.
