  My companion initially took my vehicle to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers for an inspection of the brakes and brake pads, which had originally been installed at that same location in 2022. By 2026, there were concerns regarding the rear brakes, prompting the visit for evaluation. During this visit, significant damage was caused to the vehicle. The brake lines were compromised, and the calipers were damaged. Despite the severity of the issue, the vehicle was allowed to leave the location in an unsafe condition. Shortly after leaving, my companion had to return to report the problem after realizing something was wrong. The staff at the Reynoldsburg location were aware of the damage they caused but were unprofessional and unhelpful in their response. My companion had to explain the vehicle’s service history, including prior positive experiences with a former manager at that location, Bill, who is now located at another store. Due to the extent of the damage and lack of proper resolution at the Reynoldsburg location, the situation was escalated and the vehicle was taken to another location in Pickerington. There, Bill ensured the vehicle was properly repaired and addressed the issues caused during the initial visit. While I appreciate the corrective action taken at the Pickerington location, my experience with the Reynoldsburg store was unacceptable. The damage to the vehicle, combined with the lack of professionalism and customer care, resulted in a loss of trust, significant time lost (two days and many hours), and I will not be returning to that location.

  Horrible! Started doing work without giving me a price. They charged me and didn't even it fix it right. Then told me to bring it back and they would fix it right but have to charge me again. I will Never go back to them again!

  Very convenient and fast. The staff here is very friendly and not pushy with add ons. It’s nice to be able to sit in your car and not have the hassle of dropping it off. They offer coupons up to 20 off. Totally worth it and saves time. The technicians August and Charles were great!

  Had a tire changed on brand new rims, 1 of them was done perfectly fine no issue, 2 weeks later I get the other one changed and the manager complained about how he’s so backed up and how they don’t normally changed used tires even tho they did it 2 weeks ago, I get my wheel back and it’s absolutely destroyed by whatever clamps they were using, don’t come here.
