  Great customer service via telephone and in person. A great well maintained vehicle that suited my needs. A great overall transaction. I will use them again.

  Did well in finding us a car when all the other ones didn’t have the type we needed when our local one waited until the morning we arrived to tell us they were out of our type. Thank you!

  I just needed a one way rental to go home after staying away from home to help with my mom's recovery from surgery. Enterprise had my car when I needed it. The price for an out of state one way was very reasonable. The car was clean and comfortable and all the staff I interacted with were great. I couldn't ask for more.

  The Pickerington Enterprise location is not place for colored people. Very discriminatory place against people of color especially Abrielle C. and her older colleague! I am deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment I experienced because of the color of my skin. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Unfortunately, my experience reflected unequal treatment that made me feel unwelcome and devalued. Businesses and organizations should ensure that all customers are treated equally and that staff receive proper training on diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination. I hope this review encourages meaningful changes so that no one else has to experience the same treatment. If you’re a person of color, stay away from this location!!!!
