  My battery had a 2 year warranty. I was 10 days past the warranty period and took 10% off. I understand what’s in writing but only 10%? Won’t go back

  Awesome experience at the Refugee Rd AutoZone today. My 2018 Atlas’s AC was gradually not nearly as cool as expected so I stopped in to get this resolved. The manager determined the compressor was good and the issue was most likely simply low refrigerant. He offered to assist with the refrigerant application and lo and behold the AC’s air was immediately much cooler. I was very appreciative of his knowledge and the offer to assist adding refrigerant. This saved me countless hours and of course money. Thanks!

  I went to this store location in Pickerington Refugee Road Tuesday morning, and There was one salesman in the store. His name is Derek Dawson. His service was very poor. & very dismissive, I came there to buy oil and replace one of my windshield wipers when I ask what type of oil to get for my vehicle he looked it up, but his attitude and demeanor was very off. He told me To go down the aisle and look for the oil myself after he looked it up, you would think that the sales person will least show you what’s the best option oils for your vehicle he didn’t do that so when I asked him, his tone was very nasty like he didn’t want to help me and once I asked him about the windshield blade and can he go outside and just take a look at it and possibly replace it he say’s to me No and I’m on a conference call. There’s no one else in the store working but me & do you see anyone else in the store? No, you don’t see anyone else so I cannot come out there and look at Windshield blades because you don’t see anybody else in here so no. The disrespect attitude and the tone of his voice was so nasty that I encountered with the salesman Derek Dawson was so unbelievable something needs to happen. This is not a good representation for AutoZone or any other AutoZone Locations. This is not the first time that I encountered his behavior and witness it. It’s definitely given racist he was very nasty with me and my significant other the last time we can in & he didn’t want to help us then I am a beautiful black African-American woman and this mistreatment was very unacceptable I should’ve been treated equally like any other race and service that he so kindly to provided for I know other witnesses that been to the store location had him ask their salesman and he gave them the same dismissive treatment and gave them a attitude when they only ask for help this type of behavior with this salesman needs to stop & some kind of action is needed.
