- FBFifty Bands2 days ago3.0Michael and Russ were very attentive did everything they could to assist with my oil change. Also applied my coupon and help with the cost. Received my receipt and had an extra oil charge on there but no one mentioned anything about extra oil. Otherwise I wouldve given them a 5 star
- ATAmy Timmons3 days ago5.0Its been so long since I had great customer service, I forgot how nice it is! These guys are polite, helpful, and ready to get you in and out in no time! Highly recommended!
- TMTyler Matuszak5 days ago5.0Donovan, Virgil, and the rest of the crew were professional and excellent with performing service on my vehicle and I was back in the road in no time! I really appreciate the great service!
- ROroberta olangOct 8, 20265.0I always get quick efficient service here. The people are friendly, they offer additional services that are recommended, but never push. Tire rotation and windshield wipers are always offered, but again never pushed. They put in an air filter that I purchased from auto store, not from them. It was the correct filter, I just didn't know how to put it in, so at this service they placed it for me.
- MBMatt B.Oct 3, 20265.0I would like to thank and recognize the crew at this location but particularly Arnold. He's helped me the last few times I've been there, and he is always so friendly, welcoming, proactive, professional and explains things in a way that is understandable without making one feel forced into buying a part or service. He spotted an issue that while not a problem now, could be in the future, and not only told me what the part was, but how it worked, why it was important, and looked up a Youtube video to show me what it does and where to find it. I also recently had knee replacement surgery and he offered to 'turn off' the oil change ding thing that can only be done with some cumbersome process that I can't do, saving me frustration and headaches. In short, I always feel so comfortable and relaxed here because I know the truck is in good hands not just because of their kindness, but I actually know what is being done and why. Highly recommend Arnold and his team. Thanks guys!
