  Worst Cx service. Called and asked for availability of Mid sized suv. It was all available until we asked that one of their branches rented us a wrong car class and can we switch it out. Dude completely changed his tone and said he can't. I work for Enterprise in Managerial position and I know when someone is lying. Rude and unacceptable cx service skills.

  I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. Honestly, I don't know about Jason or Jennifer's reviews because my experience BOTH TIMES with them have been nothing but AMAZING! My first time was after a guy backed into my car. I. KID. YOU. NOT... I had a 5:30 appointment to drop my car off at the body shop, and THEY WERE ALREADY THERE WITH THE RENTAL! It was clean, full tank of gas, and the guy even showed me the buttons! I LOVED THAT GENESIS!! Hunter was PHENOMENAL! My second visit, I called around noon to see if they had cars, the manager Mike answered AND WAS SOO SUPER SWEET!! I got there around 5:30pm and Evan was SOO nice and FUNNY!! My sister sent me there to talk to Phoenix, but I am SUPER glad I got Evan! Even Trey was super awesome! Trey picked me up and took me to Enterprise. Along the way we had a LOVELY conversation and he made me laugh so hard!! I legit can NOT recommend this location enough!

  My boyfriend, not I, was picking up a rental at this location on 5/30 around 11:40am. (I was with him though as he needed a ride there.) He requested an intermediate size vehicle. The guy working there was going to give him a Nissan Sentra, saying it was an intermediate size vehicle. The manufacturer, Nissan, considers this a compact vehicle, and I even showed him on my phone. He started getting an attitude (backed away from his computer, throwing his arms around and his tone was inappropriate) and he insisted to me it's an intermediate size vehicle. I told him "nice attitude," which then seemed to really bother him as he told us we could go to another location to rent. Mind you, I'm not even the customer here, my boyfriend is. I was just trying to point out facts, and that Enterprise shouldn't be passing off compacts as intermediate size vehicles. I told him I wasn't mad at him, but the company's policies, however, he seemed to take it personally. At that point, I walked out so my boyfriend could just get what he needed. (I'm not sure what happened after I left, but he ended up renting my boyfriend an Audi compact SUV instead.) I'm sorry, but this was blatant disrespect by one of your employees. Me being the customer here, or not, shouldn't matter. Everyone walking into one of your locations should be treated properly. This employee needs to learn some customer service skills. My other guess as to why there was attitude is we made it there right before closing on a Saturday, but that shouldn't factor into the way you treat people.

  I rented a car from Enterprise on Eckel Junction,, (Phoenix) was the person that helped me , he was awesome, great service fast efficient, great to work with. I do recommend Enterprise in Perrysburg, He also upgraded no my vehicle seeing that I needed a little more room. Thanks Phoenix!!!! Job well done.

  Wonderful experience our 2026 palisade had a recall with no fix at the time hyundai got us the rental through enterprise very smooth transfer from vehicle to vehicle returning the vehicle was just as easy i would most definitely recommend enterprise to anyone and a shout out to the team who made it all so easy Tre Garner & Phoenix VanOstrand 5 stars all day 😀 👍
