- HBHeather Burnaska2 days ago5.0AMAZING customer service! I started by asking about prices for a new tire. I had gotten a nail in one of my tires and Costco told me they couldn’t patch it and would only sell me 4 new tires. My current tires are 5 months old so I was looking elsewhere for just one tire. Not only were they able to patch the “unpatchable tire” but they also did everything (patch and installation) in under an hour, as a walk in, FOR FREE! I had two small children with me so this goes a LONG way! As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’m usually on guard when I go into auto shops in fear of being taken advantage of. At no point did I ever feel that way and it was actually their suggestion to look at the flat tire themselves rather than just sell me a new one. In all, they saved me about $250-300. The only name I remember is Ronnie but everyone I personally spoke/dealt with was 10/10. Thank you guys!!
