The day shift manager was incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. He claimed to be the ultimate authority/manager and insisted I follow his exact will, completely ignoring my concerns as a customer. I was treated poorly and felt bullied. The business needs to address how its frontline staff handles customer service, or I will not be returning.

There were sticky fingerprints all over the panel where you control the temperature. The driver arm rest was full of firty fingerprints & the cup holder was full of crumbs.
- LJLizz JohnsonMay 18, 20261.0Lately this place has gone down when it comes to service , I pulled up here this morning may 18th , I sat here for about 5 minutes while this guy has a personal conversation with this lady, he sees me sitting her instead of coming to assist me he continues laughing and discussing personal things with the lady, as you can see in the photos. Once he sees me snapping pics he then comes over and tells me to pull to the other lane, no greeting just “pull to the other lane” he then goes back to the lady and pulls out a device to act like he’s working, I’m now sitting at the other lane there are no others workers over here and he knows that, 3-5 minutes later another male comes from inside the gas station to help me. I am flabbergasted by my experiences today. A few of the workers here treat the job as if the own the company , management needs to step in and micromanage. I can tell from the reviews I am not the only one that has been experiencing problems here lately .
