  Lately this place has gone down when it comes to service , I pulled up here this morning may 18th , I sat here for about 5 minutes while this guy has a personal conversation with this lady, he sees me sitting her instead of coming to assist me he continues laughing and discussing personal things with the lady, as you can see in the photos. Once he sees me snapping pics he then comes over and tells me to pull to the other lane, no greeting just “pull to the other lane” he then goes back to the lady and pulls out a device to act like he’s working, I’m now sitting at the other lane there are no others workers over here and he knows that, 3-5 minutes later another male comes from inside the gas station to help me. I am flabbergasted by my experiences today. A few of the workers here treat the job as if the own the company , management needs to step in and micromanage. I can tell from the reviews I am not the only one that has been experiencing problems here lately .

  Beyond terrible experience today, I visited this location Sunday may 10th 9:45 to purchase a car wash , I asked the guy at the wash drive through could I purchase a monthly plan he says yes, after we went over the plans for about 5 minutes just for me to pay $27 for a regular wash, I then asked him when will I get the monthly sticker he then says “ oh i didn’t know you wanted a monthly plan” why in the hell would we spend five minutes going over monthly plans for me to pay for a regular wash when that wasn’t even discussed, he then says oh I can sign you up for a monthly plan but I’ll have to charge again. I said ok, he then directs me to go through the wash & come inside to be refunded for the first charge, i go inside & I am met with a angry worker named JOE, he was not friendly , apologetic or pleasing at all. He asks me to insert my card that i paid with & i did, after entering the pin twice he said the refund can’t work on my card & asked if i had another card, i let him know i did not , the card entered was the same card i just paid with he then overtalks me aggressively & says well i dont know the system isn’t allowing it , so after 10 seconds of silence i ask can he do a cash refund he then says normally no huffs & puffs with a attitude & forces the register open & gives me the money, he then storms away. No apology , no have a good day, no receipt just attitude. I then asked him for a receipt which he did give me after asking, he then storms away again as if I was a problem , as if this issue was my fault. Honestly the way i was treated today I will be canceling my membership & taking my business elsewhere.

  I had my car washed about an hour ago and paid for the whole thing. I was disappointed with my service and did not want to say anything because I was tired and it was a long day. I was very disappointed with the interior and exterior clean of the car. The interior was cleaned pretty well by the vacuum, but there’s a lack of attention to detail with the cupholders interior lining of the seats and the floor mats. The most disappointing part of the clean was the poor job done on the wheels. The manager had to remind the staff to clean the wheels and there was a lack of detail cleaning and shining the wheel. It looked to me like the focus was getting the job done quickly instead of getting the job done well. Disappointed by the poor standard and attention to detail. I am not sure it is worth going back to get my free wash. Maybe it was a bad day but i definitely felt like i wasted my money and time driving the extra 10 minutes to come to this car wash when i could have gone to the car wash and cleaners closer to my home.

  Over the course of the last five years this place has gone downhill dramatically. Paid $65 including the tip and there's Steel salt all over the door jams and mats.

  Was looking forward to finally getting my car clean. Unfortunately I paid over $60.00 and my car was hardly even vacuumed. I still had tons of salt in front and was told that they don’t have the proper equipment to get the salt out. I’m giving two stars because the person who took my order on what I wanted was really very nice and explained the different packages to me in detail. But…this is a lot of money to pay for services that were not completed.
