  I went to have a tire checked that was losing air. They fixed that, and told me I needed new brakes, of which I was aware. I had those all done also. They did it in less time than predicted at a reasonable price.

  Caught a screw while out driving. Googled tire repair near me and was directed to Mr. Tire. Spoke with Mike and he got me in and out despite being busy at the time. Got a quote on new tires while there.

  My experience with Mr. Tire has not been great. My issue is not with their pricing or the turnaround time for repairs. My biggest concern is that my vehicles have been returned to me with the work or reassembly incomplete. The first time, I brought in one of my work vehicles and had the whole front end replaced. While driving afterward, I noticed the steering started to feel sloppy. I pulled over and discovered that the cotter pin had not been replaced on the gearbox/pitman arm nut, and the nut was starting to come loose. I returned the vehicle to the shop, and they corrected the issue. More recently, I had the front struts replaced on another work van. When I picked it up, parts of the dashboard were hanging down, and insulation from under the dash was left on the floor. I do want to acknowledge the clerk at the front counter. He provided excellent customer service, apologized several times, and helped defuse the situation professionally. However, my concern is with the shop’s quality-control process before vehicles are returned to customers. If there were a thorough final inspection or checklist before releasing the vehicle, I believe these issues could have been avoided. I do not mind paying for the work, and I do not mind waiting for repairs to be completed properly. I just expect my vehicle to be returned fully assembled, safe, and complete.

  Got my tires put on here in April. I'm doing a brake job now. Over half the lug nuts are over tightened and rounded off. Supposed to be 22mm it no longer fits the over tightened ones. I'm having to use 23mm on half of them. Gonna have to purchase all new lug nuts now.

  He tells me we found the issue and it will be $500 so I agree, he then comes back and says it will be $1880 bc that wasn’t the issue we found what the issue is. Of course I declined bc I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Almost 4x more with minimal info. While I was waiting for my car a lady called in wanting to check on a tire warranty bc she had gotten the tires a year ago from this location and he immediately danced around checking a warranty for her and went directly to selling her a new tire. Cash grab location. By my interaction and what I heard I won’t go back nor recommend this place!!!
