  These guys are great. Everyone here is super friendly. The guy that runs the place is Tony. Everytime I take my car in he tells me what I need in plain English. I live in the medical world. Mechanics is so foreign to me so its nice to be able to understand exactly what I'm paying for and what my car needs to be safe. Super nice guy and he runs a great team. I show up at opening with a spare on and metal debris in my tire. They had my car in the back with 30 mins with no appointment cause he knew I had to get to work.

  I was in and out quickly. So professional and courteous and the cost was amazing! I recommend them to anyone .

  Took my truck up here two weeks ago to get it looked at after some oil gauge issues. Asked for a full diagnostic look over and once over of the truck. They had the truck for less than an hour, so they definitely did not do the full diagnostic. They said everything was fine with it. Today my truck started making an awful noise and I was completely out of oil. I didn’t have an oil leak, so the oil had to be low and they never checked it. I had to get my truck towed to the dealership. Very unhappy that they brushed me off and now I have to pay the price.

  On Sunday afternoon, I discovered that one of my tires had a puncture, which was especially concerning with important commitments the following day. I needed a prompt and reliable solution to avoid driving on a compromised tire. During my search, I came across Mr. Tire, and I’m incredibly glad I did. Chris was able to accommodate me immediately with a same-day appointment at 4:30 PM. Despite it being late in the day and close to closing time, the team went above and beyond to help. The technicians not only repaired the tire efficiently, but also took the time to address all of my concerns and ensure I felt confident and safe getting back on the road. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help at the end of a busy Sunday truly stood out. I’m sincerely grateful for the care and service I received. Thank you to Chris and the entire Mr. Tire team for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.

  Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I purchased my tires there the tire services are covered with the road hazard protection I purchased. I was having a tire pressure issue with one of my tire that I failed to mention. After leaving I started having the same issue with the same tire, told me they didn’t even bother to do the rotation. They could have told me that I didn’t quite need it yet or whatever. Instead they let me leave thinking that it was done which will lead to issues down the road. So to all my union and Veteran brothers and sisters I would take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. Unfortunately I’m stuck dealing with them since I purchased my tires with them. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice…………
