  First let me say this review is about the Strongsville office. I had used Their website to reserve a SEVEN seat SUV 2 weeks before I needed it. No problem. Got my confirmation email. Had a question about payment options so I called the office 3 days before I was supposed to pick up the car. Was told they don't rent 7 seat SUV's at their location, that i would have to go to the airport location. She (unfortunately I didn't get her name), asked me where, rather rudely, I got the idea it was going to be a 7 seater. I told her it was from their website and actually read it to her. Instead of trying to be helpful and offer any type of solution she just said again that they don't offer any 7 seat SUV's. I told her that was great, 3 days before i'm supposed to pick it up and I come to find out that the biggest they had was a 5 or 6 seater. I said that was not going to work and now I had to scramble and try to find one somewhere else. Oh, and I needed it for the weekend, Saturday through Monday. So you can imagine my nightmare. I took a shot and called the Parma office. Gentleman there was very nice and apologized for the other office and told me each office is independently operated / owned. He said he would have customer service contact me. He also was able to secure a 7 seat SUV Or a van for me. I was Amazed! My biggest beef is, why offer it on Your website AND confirm it if you don't even have any!! Needless to say, I will Never deal with the Strongsville office again!

  Service was pretty good but 2 hours after dropping the car off I realized that I had forgotten 2 expensive pairs of sunglasses in the car. I called, and then stopped up. Nowhere to be found but somehow the clips that they were attached to (also my belonging) were still there. Totally understand it’s on me for leaving something behind but can’t help but feel like I was stolen from. Probably won’t ever rent from enterprise again.
