  Absolute dog sh*t. Tried to get me to replace brakes and rotors that are less than 2 months old. They didn't know that I had just came from the Subaru dealership after a full inspection, including brake system, suspension, and wheel bearings. Subaru said the car should be parked because the bearings were about to fall off and they marked that issue as CRITICAL while all other items were marked as OK. They may have been exaggerating a little but I definitely had wheel bearing issues. I went to Tire Choice because they are in the network for my warranty. They told me I needed new brakes and I had a leaking caliper. That was odd because I had zero issues with the brakes (less than 2 months old) other than some squeaking when stopping which is common when using after market parts in a Subaru. The brakes were working well, I never noticed a leak, and neither did Subaru 10 minutes before this. They eventually replaced only 1 wheel bearing after 5 days with my vehicle. They also noted that requested that they dispose of the old parts which I never said because they never told me they were starting work on the vehicle or asked me anything. I definitely wanted the old parts. After 5 days they assured me it was running much better but about 5 minutes into my drive home I felt my vehicle suddenly pull to the right and my steering wheel wasn't returning to center. Neither of these issues were present before my visit to Tire Choice and over the last few days that is still happening as well my vehicle shaking occasionally when accelerating from a complete stop suggesting a stuck caliper. Now I am taking my vehicle to the dealership to have the alignment checked yet again because it was just checked 10 minutes before Tire Choice got the vehicle and it was A-OK. I am also having the caliper checked because it is now sticking which wasn't happening before Tire Choice "looked" at the vehicle. So either these guys are psychic, they are the Doctor House of auto mechanics, or they lied and messed up my vehicle. They managed to find 2 issues before any symptoms appeared and things that two other garage's failed to notice. Maybe those other guys just didn't want the work. They also left the car dirty including paper towels on the floor of the passenger seat. I would be okay with that if they actually fixed the vehicle and didn't try to scam me. I hate to think about how many people these guys must have ripped off.

  We were from out of town and got a flat tire, they squeezed us in and got it done in 15 minutes even though they were busy! Super friendly staff

  I’m only writing this review to help other people who may or could fall victim to their deceptive ethics. I came in couple weeks ago to get some mechanical work done. I need thermostat on my Honda. They quoted me 900 for part . When I came in to pick up my car. They were real fast to get me to insert my card and pay. And not even look at the invoice. When I got home I suddenly had a feeling I was had. So I called Honda and spoke to their parts dept and they told me the same part was 120 dollars. I stormed back to tire choice and they adjusted the price fast we than I could sneeze. They knew they were caught red handed trying to scam me. For anyone getting work done. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Ask to see the invoice first and foremost, and also ask first the part number so you can get the quote from auto zone or car dealership for it. Also be careful with how much they charge on labor. I paid a ridiculous amount of like 150 bucks per hour. Way more than industry standard. I will never return to tire choice ever again!
