  My son took his car to oil change.. Since he had an emergency the only place available was tire choice Oxford. They took hours to perform the work while he waited. they charged him as supposedly. Last week, at home, we took the car to a family trusted mechanic just to find out the job was never performed and they ruined the oil pan and draining nut. Totally unreliable shop, I would never recommend this place or go there again. He drove 35 hundred miles believing the car was taken care and it was not. They couldn’t drain the oil since they screwed up and worse, they just told a college student that his car was in order and ready to travel long miles back home. Shame on them!

  They will deny you service like you don’t even matter and they don’t care about your past services with them. My last ever visit.

  I’ve never given bad reviews, but today was an exception. I had an appointment for a brake inspection at Tire Choice, but when I arrived, the manager pretended to look at the screen and claimed he didn’t have an appointment. The young man next to him noticed my appointment and pointed it out to the manager, who nodded in disagreement, clearly seeing my appointment but refusing to provide the service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I felt discriminated second time at Tire choice and the final reason for my last ever visit to Tire Choice or any Monroe service center.
