  They will deny you service like you don’t even matter and they don’t care about your past services with them. My last ever visit.

  I’ve never given bad reviews, but today was an exception. I had an appointment for a brake inspection at Tire Choice, but when I arrived, the manager pretended to look at the screen and claimed he didn’t have an appointment. The young man next to him noticed my appointment and pointed it out to the manager, who nodded in disagreement, clearly seeing my appointment but refusing to provide the service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I felt discriminated second time at Tire choice and the final reason for my last ever visit to Tire Choice or any Monroe service center.

  The workers here are absolutely amazing. I know literally nothing about cars, and they always take the time to explain things to me. I’ve been to other mechanics who take advantage of my ignorance to charge me a fortune. I will ALWAYS bring my car here!!!
