The first time, I got my oil changed and drove home, only to find oil leaking all over my driveway. I took it to the dealership, and they found the oil filter hadn’t been installed correctly. A few months later, I gave them another chance with a different vehicle (even though I was skeptical) because I was in a rush before a trip to Florida. I ended up sitting in the bay for 3 hours because they didn’t have the correct oil. After going to get it, they came back without enough to complete the job. At that point, I left and planned to top it off myself. The next morning, I walked outside to—again—oil all over my driveway. I took it to the dealership, and once again the oil filter had not been installed properly and had to be redone. After two separate incidents with the same issue, I will never return and strongly recommend going elsewhere.
