  Great service! Curt Dunn helped me find the perfect suv to meet all my needs for a work vehicle. Purchase process was quick and efficient with Bruce to figure out financing and warranty options. Staff is always friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I never have a doubt they will get my car Diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion.

  I have been in a car accident. I took my car to Dunn Chevy to have a estimate. Before they look at my car they asked me if I wanted to fix it up I said yes if it can be fixed. They took my keys and went out and looked at my car. They got back with me and told me that my car is a total loss. Even though I do not like the answer that they gave me. They try to help me out in every way they can and they told me the truth. I highly recommend this place

  Tim and all staff members were very kind and transparent on fixing my Chevy Malibu and very amazing I definitely would recommend going to them for getting your car fixed

  I’d rate them a zero if I could. Very shady service department. Be wary. Traveling through Toledo from another state when my transmission failed. Not knowing where else to go with a gmc vehicle I had it towed to this Chevy dealership. After leaving the car there they promised a diagnostic test and report the next day. What I got was a phone call telling me that I needed a new transmission (which I knew) and it would cost $7700. Mind you this wasn’t even for a new transmission, but refurbished. Wouldn’t provide written estimates or the diagnostic report. (Violation of Ohio law). I found another shop that would charge $3k less, and they came to pick it up and dealership refused to release it- because I rented (and paid for) a rental car from them and they wouldn’t release it until I brought it back. I drove several hours back to Ohio to get it released and moved to a different shop. (That place provided estimates, reports, and btw completed the work early, while keeping me posted at every step). Bottom line is that they tried to hold me over a barrel and are a shady operation.
