  My service rep Gavin seemed “ put out “ to even talk to me and if I had questions rolled his eyes. The only person there that was nice and friendly was Amy. I would not recommend getting service done there.

  Worst Service ever I wish I could give them 0 stars. They had my car for a month and gave it back not completed

  This is a follow up review from previously posted review. I'm very grateful that Dunn Chevy Sales Manager called me back to rectify my problem. To me this is great customer service. He could have blown it off but he did not. When something. Is wrong I'll write about it That goes for when something goes right. As far as my sales person, Meagan Meyer was nothing but helpful! She was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to get me there. Thank you Meagan and Matt for taking numerous phone calls. I for one appreciated your attention to this matter.

  I bring all my company and personal vehicles here. Over 35k in work just the last two years. I simply call to ask questions. I get interrupted. Talked down on. Talked over. The lady in the body shop the attitude will not be tolerated. I will make sure to not conduct business with these people. Along with spreading the word to fellow commercial contractors in the area. I do not need a response or apology at this point. Kept my vehicle for months after a accident. Got it back, its almost more messed up from when I dropped it off. The vehicle cant even be driven. Pulls. Shakes. Said all is good. They are going to learn with a big lawsuit.
