- LLLisa M (Llm)Jul 3, 20261.0I’d rate them a zero if I could. Very shady service department. Be wary. Traveling through Toledo from another state when my transmission failed. Not knowing where else to go with a gmc vehicle I had it towed to this Chevy dealership. After leaving the car there they promised a diagnostic test and report the next day. What I got was a phone call telling me that I needed a new transmission (which I knew) and it would cost $7700. Mind you this wasn’t even for a new transmission, but refurbished. Wouldn’t provide written estimates or the diagnostic report. (Violation of Ohio law). I found another shop that would charge $3k less, and they came to pick it up and dealership refused to release it- because I rented (and paid for) a rental car from them and they wouldn’t release it until I brought it back. I drove several hours back to Ohio to get it released and moved to a different shop. (That place provided estimates, reports, and btw completed the work early, while keeping me posted at every step). Bottom line is that they tried to hold me over a barrel and are a shady operation.

- SSShannonJun 17, 20261.0Add my toe links on my car replaced due to a recall. We got my car back in my alignment. Is all messed up after? I was told that it would come with a free alignment.Because of the tow links needing replaced. Questioned them about my alignment, and they couldn't even provide the spec. Sheet they claim they couldn't find it which leads me to believe they probably didn't do it anyways. My wheels literally looked pigeonholed in the back. They refused to fix it. They said I have to pay for an alignment when I was already told by one of the workers that it was free. Because of the recall very unprofessional zero out of ten experience would not recommend
