  Lamar provided exceptional customer service during a recent visit to AutoZone for a battery replacement. Despite encountering a softball-sized mass of corrosion on the terminal, by far the worst I have ever seen, he tackled the removal of the old battery without a single complaint. He was out there sweating profusely, working relentlessly to free the corroded terminal, yet maintained an remarkably positive, polite, and courteous attitude the entire time. His genuine dedication to helping out customers, paired with a happy-go-lucky demeanor , truly sets the bar for great service. Give Lamar a raise immediately! The man is the absolute GOAT!

  the two guys working tonight 8/15 were absolutely amazing and helpful. they made sure i had the correct windshield wipers and put them on for me after going somewhere else and they were unable too. thanks for the help guys!!

  Exceptional service by the staff quite honestly might be the best Autozone store location in the whole nation! Incredibly nice and very helpful hardworking staff!

  “Never Saw This Coming!” Before today, I thought all auto parts stores were alike. Right? But today's experience taught me there IS something that definitely raises the level. And that something is their employees. In most businesses, employees can make or break the establishment. I went to the AutoZone on Navarre Ave. in Oregon, OH, in the middle of a Very hot summer, in desperation to find out WHY my air conditioner failed to work. I already had experienced mechanics replace numerous parts for this very issue, but they ran out of ideas. Then I met Carlos, behind the counter at this AutoZone. Not only was he a salesman at this establishment, but he has extensive mechanic’s knowledge – what a plus! Fortunately for me, it was a slow day at AutoZone. I told Carlos everything that was done to my car and the results. He raised the hood and checked other things, one after another, troubleshooting. You know how you hope the issue will be something simple, inexpensive, and a quick fix? In this case it was and Carlos found it! Too much freon! It was totally maxed in the danger zone according to the meter. This 17-year-old young mechanic outdid the mechanics with years more background in this field. On top of that, the qualified mechanics that worked on my car were the ones that put too much freon in my air conditioning, causing this problem. I was very lucky Carlos diagnosed this problem before it caused major damage to my car! AutoZone hiring employees with mechanical knowledge and experience is a huge plus for their establishment! Way to go AutoZone! This will be my Go-to place from now on! Thanks again Carlos! You are a five-star asset employee and the answer to my prayer!
