  I don't give many reviews so when I do best believe they deserve it good or bad Made reservation for a truck prior week.Receivef a call two days before to confirm.On my way there I get a call they gave my truck to someone else.Then they tell me I need special insurance.How about you tell the customer upfront what the requirements are?I have a business and have used Penske numerous times.I simply have to email my agent to get the necessary insurance document.When it's a right now you need it of course people are busy they aren't just sitting waiting for Jody.Amyway 2.5 hours later no truck and I'm paying people to wait on my end because we are moving a lot of flooring materials to a job site and they have to be offloaded and put into a building.I finally give up and return the next morning.My insurance agent sends over the document but forgets to put the deductible at the bottom of it.Not acceptable says Penske so I have to put a 2500 deposit down in order to rent the truck.Ok so I do that.After the rental is completed they charge me for the truck rental which was expected but why not take it out of the deposit? No they charge my card for the rental and another charge that I still don't have any answer as to what it is for.I must say irritated and all the young lady at the counter Sophia was very respectful and professional.Its two days later and still they haven't returned my deposit.Penske is huge.How can the requirements and options for renting trucks not plainly be communicated both verbally and on the reservation website?How do you give minutes notice that they gave your truck to someone else.All the time,gas, and wasted manpower I had to pay for could've been prevented.I asked for a veterans/inconvenience discount to compensate a little for my losses and they said nope, sorry your loss.Take your business elsewhere because I am.My insurance certificate was missing the deductible at the bottom.A mistake on my agent but you still need to charge me a deposit.Really after all I lost because of your lack of communication and giving the truck to someone else.Terrible, unacceptable
