  Took my car there for an oil change and also was making a noise. Not only did they tell me I didn’t need an oil change, they told me my CV shaft was loose and that was the issue. Telling me it would cost $824 to fix ONE side and the guy sat on the stool telling me he’d never done a CV shaft before and that he’d have to “YouTube” it to know how to do it. I took my car in for a second opinion to a friends husband who I trust %100. He did a thorough inspection, actually drove the car ( unlike tire choose ) and said that there was nothing wrong with my car. Shook my tires, checked everything underneath. So, not only was there nothing wrong with my car, but I didn’t drive my car because I was “told” by tire choice that it needed fixed and also did they think that because I’m a woman that they could pull one over on me and charge me $824. NEVER AGAIN will I take my car here for ANY kind of work and not only that but I will be spreading the word on how shitty your service is!!!!!!

  Stopped on cause had a clicking sound , the gentleman got me right in and took care of the problem within 10 minutes , he was a great representative for this company and had human decency, thank you

  Best out of town shop I've ever gone to, got me in within 30 minutes and did not try to upset at all

  Jason & Brandon are absolutely fantastic. I was visiting Norwalk from out of town for the day, and had some brake trouble on the way out. Jason, the Asst Store Manager, got the new caliper I needed, and got me in just before close on a Saturday. The installation wasn't an open and shut case, though, and Jason & Brandon worked past closing to diagnose a lingering issue. They were extremely nice about being there late and determined to get it done right; its clear they take a lot of pride in their work. 10/10 - will come back to see Jason again if I am in Norwalk & need auto work. Thanks for the professional treatment and care, guys.

  Traveling from out of Town had a squeaky noise occur. They identified the problem quickly and didn't try to sell us on any extra nonsense. Extremely polite, didn't charge us for simply attempting to identify the problem. Replaced break pads very fast only took 30 min, and even test drove it to ensure it was good. Very Good pricing. Definitely recommend, will be going there again on our next vacation. And they do accept tips.
