  I requested a certain make and model of vehicle not really thinking I would get it. Talked to Katy Henderson. Katy went out her way to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and had it serviced before my trip. I give her an A+ for customer service. I had a great trip Thank you Katy!

  Awesome experience! The lady that took care of me…Amy??? I think? Sorry! lol Anyhoo..she was awesome and made it smooth and hassle free. I will definitely be coming back to see her for my next rental!

  Katy is an exceptional employee. Very "customer first" oriented. Good with small talk, but has the capability to get things done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was highly satisfied with their willingness to pick me up and their offer to drive me somewhere after drop off. All around a very clean store, and the team was very responsive to any and all inquiries. They reached out to me before I even got off the phone with the insurance adjuster! They're on top of their game. I was put in a beautiful blue truck way out of my price range, but I felt like a king! Gave me some serious truck envy.... but anyway, they worked with the insurance company and I came out of it for the cost of filling the tank back to where I had received it and that was that. I would use not only enterprise again, but this store in particular. Top notch.

  I had a car because of an accident from Enterprise and 2 1/2 days later there was a tire issue. Went back over with it and they immediately got me into another car. They were wonderful !!!! Totally recommend Enterprise !!!

  Pickup and drop-off was quick and easy. The vehicle i rented was clean inside and out and had no issues.
