My parents are in their 80's and needed a car for a few days. The young lady talked my dad into extra car insurance so it cost them $100 more to drive AROUND town. I find this shameful up charging on people who are on a fixed income. They only needed to get to appointments - not drive out of state - because their own car wasn't working. Do better!!!

They are always friendly and very helpful. Katy does a great job and goes above and beyond to take care of us. I know if she's there my day will get better because and I will a great experience.

The employees were all very kind and helpful from the start. They took their time explaining everything to me and made sure I understood the whole process. They also had the car ready exactly when I wanted it, which I really appreciated. Everything was organized and went very smoothly. Overall, they made the rental process easy, stress-free, and headache-free. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.
