  Everyone was friendly and helpful. Work was done as told. 2 items that were a problem, 1. Oil on floor mat, brake and gas pedals. 2. While driving home I hear a dragging noise, got louder as speed increased and I pulled over to find a splash panel behind the right front wheel not attached. Tried to call them but already closed.

  I would give 0 stars if possible I have been to Vans numerous times before with my car at the Sheffield location and have had nothing but exceptional experiences however at this location I took a 2001 mustang GT up to the north ridgeville location and told them to look at the driveshaft and the u joint and I was told I wouldn't be charged yet they had the audacity to do a partial diagnostics on it and attempt to charge us without communication first like they said they would. I made them take the charge off considering they went and started tearing things apart on the rear end and never looked at what we said to look at. Once we got the car back there is significantly more wrong with it than when we dropped it off. The gear shifter is loose, the exhaust pipes are now at different heights, the drive shaft is hanging low now, horrible burning smell, significantly more clunking and noises than what was before, and car will barely go into drive if it does it doesn't want to immediately move at all. Based off mileage they went more on a joyride than a test drive. Absolutely horrible experience and now will have to dump about 3 grand more into it than what we would have.

  Took my car in just to have her looked over. Dave got back to me with their recommendations and educated me on why certain things are being recommended and was willing to allow me to think things over and also save the funds for especially the bigger things needed eventually! No pressure. I am not a mechanic and have never serviced my car myself beyond a simple oil change so taking my car in is always daunting. My first ever experience with vans was just great and I will go here whenever I am in need of a mechanic from this point forward! I’ll be in touch to schedule soon! Thank you!
