- ECEleanor CsizmadiaAug 31, 20261.0Came in for an oil change and to replace a turn signal bulb that went out. An hour of sitting there they told me I needed fluids so I said sure. Come to find they were so busy upselling me for fluids I probably didn't need and forgot to replace the bulb so I had to drive back. They ordered the bulb only then and I sat another hour. I had indicated in my notes when I booked the appointment that I needed a bulb changed and they didn't even order it? Again probably because they were so excited to upsell me. Oh and then they left a screwdriver under my hood so I had to come back again.
- PCp CatAug 5, 20261.0In February of ‘24 they were suppose to replace from the flex pipe to the tailpipe on my truck, cost $900. July of ‘26, the new tailpipe rusted through and fell off. Took it in and they tell me not only does the tailpipe need to be replaced, the entire exhaust system needed replaced. The exact same exhaust system they put on in February of ‘24. After waiting a week for them to get the part, they charged me $350 for the service because I refused to pay the $600 for the service and the part. Let’s hope this new exhaust system lasts more than a year and a half.
