  Tried arguing with me that a part was used because it had scuffs on it from rubbing against other metal parts that are all loosely floating around in a plastic bag. Was very argumentative and disrespectful when I tried to get a refund because the part came with two left hand sides and completely missing brackets. Absolutely dissatisfied with this store. Time and time again this store disappoints me. Never go here if possible, advance is much better. Only ever go here when nowhere has the correct part in stock, and apparently they cant even get that right. Absolutely useful bunch of folks over here. Would like to Edit and say that my issue was resolved by the most compassionate and reasonable employee I could have ever asked for. Unfortunately she is moving locations, so I cannot attribute her absolute grace to this location. I have now heard multiple testimonials from several other patrons and even employees detailing how the manager is the most unhappy, unwilling, dismissive, confrontational, and down right aggressive person to shop with and apparently work with. I really hope corporate will end up doing away with this sad pathetic manager who brings everyone at this location down gets done away with.

  I stopped in yesterday because my son’s car had to be jumped and we were suspicious it might be the battery. I asked if they tested batteries and the worker, Spencer, told me they did and promptly tested the battery to confirm our suspicions. Spencer then helped me pick out a new battery without being pushy or trying to get me to buy any certain one. He then I installed the battery on the spot. The entire time he was polite and helpful. I returned today to get my other son some wiper blades and pick up some more car wash soap for me. Unfortunately I don’t remember the employee’s name from today but he was also very helpful asking me to make sure I had the correct wiper blades I needed and was chatty and friendly. I’ll be sure to keep coming back to this store from now on for my needs.

  I want to recognize Belicia for her great customer service in helping me with a dead battery. She went above and beyond! Thank you again, I will continue to do business with this store!
