I’ve Debated if I should go to social media about this experience, I don’t think I’m ever spending another penny at valvoline, Worst experience I’ve ever had had at Valvoline, pulled in popped the hood for the employees to tell me that they don’t have oil filters, was told that I need to drive to a O’Reilly’s auto parts store for a filter then come back and they will do the oil change. I’ve never been so upset about an oil change in my life so I had to come there go get a filter. Come back and wait in line to get my oil changed. Terrible service terrible customer service someone needs to reach out to me and make this Right !! Unfortunately, I have to pick one star because you can’t post what you need to post if you don’t pick a star (Ridiculous) !!!!!
