  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is hands down the BEST! Josh and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. As a woman, I really appreciate having an auto shop I can trust—they take the time to explain everything, never try to upsell or price gouge, and are always upfront, even when it's not the news you want to hear. They do amazing work, try their best to fit you in on short notice, and truly have your back. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop with great people who know what they're doing, look no further. I can't recommend them enough!

  Came in because my tire was leaking air. Turns out there was a nail stick in it. They patched it up and I was set. They didn’t even charge me. The receptionist was very polite and patient. I hate dealing with car troubles and they made it so easy and the whole process only took 30 minutes. Will be coming back.

  I called set up an appointment for my muffler days ahead that my appointment time pulled in and was told they can’t do it so now after days of me having this appointment being ready to have my car worked on they’re unable to do my work. What kind of place is gonna lead you like that wrong and you expect to trust them to work on your car if I can’t trust them to make an appointment for the type of work that I specifically said I needed it on my car. How can you trust them to do the work on your car? These people are crooks they’re horrible and personally I would never trust anybody at that place.

  This place is incredible. Auto shops that do good honest work are very rare. Everytime I've had my cars here, they do what needs to be done and never try and talk you into unnecessary work. One of the only places I trust unequivocally.

  I retired from Firestone many years ago and I have been in many stores over the years and have always been satisfied but I have to say that the North Olmsted store shined the brightest in all my history. In the beginning of my career I actually worked in store sales administration. I asked if they wouldn't mind cleaning the inside of my windshield as my hands are disabled and it's hard for me to do that sort of thing. They cleaned the entire car and I am so grateful! The manager and the technician who serviced my car inside and out were friendly and went above and beyond. Thanks to Tom and Zack for your kind and helpful service.! Sandy Willsey
