  Needed help on fixing a Leaking tire. It was early and technicians were not available. Manager did steer me in right direction to get me taken care of . Kind of hard to get in and out of parking lot

  I had a nail puncture the tire and needed to address it quickly since we're a one-car family actively dealing with other major projects (including a tree that fell on the garage and power lines). Tire Choice was able to fit me in the same morning that I called and fixed the problem within half an hour. Great experience overall and would definitely return if I ever have a tire issue in the future.

  I made an appointment for an alignment. w When I showed up they said they couldn't lift my car because they need special lifting pucks. When I told them I had the pucks, they said the lift wasn't available. What's the point of an appointment and why not mention the lift not being available to start? I feel like I was being misled.

  Caught a flat out of nowhere and rolled into Tire Choice hoping for the best. Their schedule was completely packed and they technically had zero availability, but instead of turning me away, they went out of their way to squeeze me right in. The guy at the front was super nice, kept the whole vibe stress-free, and took care of everything without missing a beat. You rarely see this level of genuine customer service anymore. Huge shoutout to the crew here—they completely saved my day. 10/10 recommend! The gentleman who helped me Josh and Connor

  This genuinely deserves less than 1 star review, today I had my tire balanced, when I tested on the highway it was no different than before, also the front right tire had 4 rings instead of 5, in which I noticed when my car was out of thier garage, don't be fooled by others 5 star review, they are mostly bots.
