  Left work, had low tire pressure light, pulled over, discovered screw in my tire. Stopped at 3 competitors closer to my work, all couldn’t make time for my small repair. Stopped at NTB 30 min before closing, they said they could get it done. Got me in and totally taken care of in less than 30 min. Definitely recommend this location.

  Had a blow out down the road and googled tire shops near me, NTB North Olmsted just happened to be the closest one. I drove there on a half flat spare and desperately needed 2 tires to get me back on the road. Explained to them I found a specific online sale price when I searched their place and they told me it was the online sale so encouraged me to schedule the appointment to get that price. My appointment time was that day and in an hour from then but they took me early. I was in and out within the hour and actually done before my appointment time even came. Will definitely be going back
