  I really enjoy going to this AutoZone! AJ is always so helpful and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend this location in North Olmsted. Don't go down the street to the "other auto parts store ".

  Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at AutoZone in North Olmsted. One employee in particular was beyond disrespectful, clearly showing favoritism toward certain customers while completely ignoring others who were waiting first. The way people are treated in that store honestly comes across as racist and discriminatory. I stood there waiting while he skipped over customers, acted annoyed when asked basic questions, and then had no clue what he was doing anyway. He couldn’t even properly look up a simple oil filter, struggled to process a refund, and looked completely lost the entire time. If you don’t know how to do the most basic parts of your job, why are you working there? Instead of helping customers, he acted rude, impatient, and unprofessional the entire time. The atmosphere in that store is uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and honestly embarrassing for a business that’s supposed to help people. Management seriously needs to step in because this location is a disaster. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else unless you want to be ignored, disrespected, and deal with employees who clearly don’t care about customers at all.

  If zero stars was an option, that would be my choice. The employees at the North Olmsted location should find another job. When I walked in, I heard one of them say, "here comes a live one." I'm not sure if they were referring to me being black or not. I told the other one that appeared from the back that I needed a screwdriver to get the rusted screws out of my license plate holder so I could replace them to change the temp tag and I needed new ones. He showed me what they had, didn't offer to help me get the rusted ones out to see what size I needed. I got the screw out went back in, bought the ones I needed and went back out to change the screws. He came out to help another customer that pulled up and I told him I couldn't get the other one out. He tried maybe a minute, then said I should get a mechanic to remove it. I gave him the screwdriver back, got in my car and went next door to O'Reillys. The young lady did everything she could to help me. She even said how lazy those employees were. If you are in North Olmsted on Lorain Road, you are better off going to O'Reillys. Do not go to the Auto Zone right next door. They are very lazy.
