    IR-134a U-Charge Hose ““I bought this item from Pilot and I still had the receipt. I did not use it or even open it because my company required the same item but with a different type of gauge, so I was instructed to return it. I first went to the cashier and was told to keep the receipt in case I needed a return. When I came back again, I was directed to the manager, as I was told only she could approve the return. The manager looked at me briefly and said it is a seasonal item and therefore not returnable. I clearly explained that the item was completely unused and unopened, but she still refused without properly considering the situation and just said, ‘I’m sorry.’ What a ridiculous and foolish attitude from the manager. The whole experience felt unhelpful and disappointing.”

    Poorly designed pilot has drivers sitting in the street. Should Make it bigger or would be better off shutting it down takes a hour to fuel crazy.

    Stopped in to get fuel and a shower. Was 8 people in line. Waited 45mins. Still 8 people. Went in to check status, every shower was empty and dirty. Meanwhile 4 employees standing there being and nobody in the store.

    *REALLY GREAT!!!!* You can get everything that you need here as a driver or a trucker from gasoline to diesel fuel to ice to propane to newspapers to anything clothing related that will help a longer way to tools and fluids for trucks and cars to all sorts of Good eats and treats. The staff are kind and friendly and there is plenty of room outside for eating at picnic tables and plenty of room for parking. THIS PLACE HAS A MCDONALD'S MWAAAAHAAHAHAAAAAAA!!!!! 😊🤜 Not a huge fan anymore but I do eat it once or twice a year. Excellent job guys thank you so much for providing such a spine for us to continue to be the logistic blood of this country!!!
