- RRRomelMay 18, 20261.0IR-134a U-Charge Hose ““I bought this item from Pilot and I still had the receipt. I did not use it or even open it because my company required the same item but with a different type of gauge, so I was instructed to return it. I first went to the cashier and was told to keep the receipt in case I needed a return. When I came back again, I was directed to the manager, as I was told only she could approve the return. The manager looked at me briefly and said it is a seasonal item and therefore not returnable. I clearly explained that the item was completely unused and unopened, but she still refused without properly considering the situation and just said, ‘I’m sorry.’ What a ridiculous and foolish attitude from the manager. The whole experience felt unhelpful and disappointing.”
