  I flew into Cleveland airport and picked out my rental vehicle. While driving I noticed a bad vibration in the front end of the vehicle. This vehicle when picked up had 11 miles on it. I called roadside assistance and was advised to drive it to the Akron/Canton airport and get an exchange. I made it the airport and now I've been here waiting for 2.5 hours so far and still dont have a replacement vehicle. I travel for work and have always used National. This is making me rethink and use a different rental company. I've called customer service 4 times and im still waiting for a response. Roadside assistance said to go to Akron and when I got here they "couldnt" give me a vehicle. I've been sitting in the parking lot for over 2.5 hours and I've only seen 1 vehicle leave, 3 new vehicles parked in the parking lot, about a dozen vehicles just sitting here, but I can not have one.

  Super nice service at this small airport location. The staff is extremely nice. A-class treatment.

  Still trying to charge me for rental that I dropped off in Feb 14th, it is now May 5th, still trying to say I have car that airport camras show I dropped off on day I was to return the rental car!

  Great counter and return lot team at the Canton/Akron Airport location! All were friendly and extremely helpful!
