- NHNancy HolcombSep 7, 20262.0First, they did not use current reservation made by my husband and created a new reservation under my name. I did not realize this until my husband noted that I had not picked up the car, which I had. Second, the vehicle was dirty inside and smelled of smoke. Looked like a pet had made nose marks on windows. Not what I expected and was having anxiety that I would be blamed for something I had not done to the vehicle. This was my second car rental at this location and was not satisfied the first time either. Vehicle was completely frozen on that visit with no ice scapers or way to clean off vehicle other than sitting with the heat on for 30 minutes or more. Won't rent from National at this location again. Other locations have been fine.
- GBGabriel BeckAug 24, 20261.0Do not rent from this location. The staff is very helpful but the location is habitually understaffed and has an inadequate supply of vehicles. On 3 separate occasions over the past year, I have had a confirmed reservation, but no vehicles are available when I arrive. The normal response is “We told corporate to shut off reservations because we are over booked”. This location is not able to keep up with the increase passenger volume at the airport.

- JWJessica WarnerAug 11, 20265.0I rented a vehicle from National. I had an easy pickup with no issues and they were accommodating to my requests. During my rental time they texted me and let me know I could respond to the text with any questions about the rental while I had it and also to remind me of my drop off time. Drop off was simple and pleasant as well. Staff was amazing and helpful. I even called to ask a few questions over the weekend and their customer service representative was so sweet and helpful.
