  Called for qoute for mount and balance per tire. $67+ before tax per tire not including tire disposal (which i dont need) and was told price goes up depending on vehicle. What a joke. So to bring my own brand new tires in and bring in 4 bare wheels by themselves and all that i would need, is have them mount and balance.. which was qouted $268 before tax. What a scam and a joke. That is ignorant.

  I chose Mr. Tire because Walmart up the street was booked up and needed to rotate my tires, and fix a slow leak in one tire. Mr. Tire did not have the prices posted for these services. Tire repair at Walmart $15.00, Mr. Tire $39.95 Tire rotation at Walmart $20.00, Mr. Tire $49.95 Basically the total cost where Mr. Tire deceived me the cost was $90 bucks vs. $35.00 at Walmart. Shame on me for not asking the cost first. I will never be back, I'm a senior and retired and pissed.

  Wonderful experience. My daughter had an issue with her transmission / engine. Got us in that day (be careful of the call center). When we arrived, Jason and his team were awesome. Used simple explanations and solutions to our problem. They made my daughter feel at ease with her car. It was wonderful to see that Jason and his team went the extra mile to build a connection with the customer. Highly recommend and will return for any automotive issues.

  Since you asked, I will tell you… Initially I called and was informed that Mr Tire does not put in plugs because they’re not effective. (I had a nail in my tire.) I wasn’t sure if my lease came with any type of warranty on my tires, so instead of patching the hole, they put in a plug. I had to drive the next day to Niles, an hour away. I had a very hectic weekend. I’ve had to fill my tire 2 to 3 times a day since Thursday. I called Sunday morning and they were closed. I will call Mr Tire when I’m able to, this afternoon to hopefully resolve the problem.

  Service was good and timely, however I was charged $124.00 for diagnostic fees (checking the charging system) when I had a $750 alternator replaced by Mr. Tire just over one month ago. They did determine it was another problem but were not able to fix the problem. I feel the diagnostic fee was unfair since it was a charging system issue and they were not able to fix the problem. The Mr. Tire who replaced the alternator checked the charging system and diagnosed the problem without the $124. Diagnostics charge. Apparently all Mr. Tires are not the same when it comes to charges for the same things.
