- BMBri MercedesMay 4, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. If I didn’t have to give a star at all I wouldn’t. The person who I originally set this up with, lied to me about pricing. Then the device is disgusting and crusty. Then after 15 minutes it has you retest which is fine but the second 15 minutes retest, the device malfunctioned and now I am locked out. Which then makes me face a possible violation with the court. Now intoxalock is trying to charge me $130 for I’m not even sure what and a $80 lock out fee… for their device malfunctioning.
