  Very happy, we walked in on a whim and traded in our camper for a newer one. Deanna was fabulous. I was picky and needed to see several options on a 95° day, she never complained and was eager to show me as many models as I needed to see. Angelina was a gem. She wasnt a typical "stuffy" finance person. She joked with us, and made us feel very comfortable. Then today, Christina did our walk thru. I love her! She was so incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and even helped us get 1 tiny thing fixed before we left. All in all every single person we have come in contact with has been incredible. The ONLY thing I can honestly say we were slightly dis satisfied with was the pushiness of the insurance broker. We choose to keep our insurance, and after we told them, they continued to call and email. Other than that, I 100% recommend coming here for all your camping needs.

  They are very eager to sell you a product and promise great customer service. They over promise and under deliver consistently. The service center performs subpar work. They seem uninterested in honoring their warranties that they almost force on you. Appointment times for service are a suggestion and prepare to spend a lot of time there. They will try to fix the problems and consistently complete unsatisfactory repairs.

  Just bought a 2026 Solis 59P and had an amazing buying experience at General RV. Everyone was honest, responsive and professional - in particular Brian and Marty. They warmly accommodated the RV inspector (who find my RV unit to be in perfect condition) and even arranged for my RV to be delivered to Columbus when I ran into a snag picking it up. Cant recommend these people enough. 5 star service and value.

  We bought a 2020 travel trailer from Patrick Higgins in May of 2023. I honestly thought I left a review when we purchased the trailer but it holds even more weight now. We absolutely love the travel trailer. We have had 0 issues with it. Patrick was awesome to work with and he did everything in his power to make a great deal for us. I would highly recommend going to General RV if you need a new or used camper. Talk to Patrick and he will treat you right.

  General rv service department saved our trip! Gage, our customer rep should be promoted immediately! The front counter staff should be given large $ bonuses for performing at the highest possible level of enthusiasm and empathy. Parts and service obviously perform their duties with efficiency and accuracy that would rival the best the us military has to offer. If the military had rv service and repair, this would be its Seal Team Six! This team is a really credit to the industry and should be publicly acknowledged by leadership as the premier example of what right looks like. Well done!
