BUYER BEWARE. This absolute disgrace of a company will say anything to sell you a pile of junk. It honestly doesn’t matter what brand it is. They are manufactured in the same area with the same cheap parts and horrible workmanship just to make the max profit out of the consumer. One the initial sale is done, your wallet starts to DRAIN. They literally do not care what happens after the sale. I really hope one day it all catches up to them, especially the ones driving their fancy cars to their dealership laughing at all the suckers buying rvs from them. Karma is a terrible thing once is catches up. Sincerely an Alliance Valor 40v13 customer.

3 years ago my husband and I raised our 2 girls. We decided that a couple of are friends had toy hauler. So we Talked to our friends and decided we would join. We went to general RV got a new toy hauler. It was march.he pulled in and i came out. The door to the trailer nevered closed and whom ever got it ready new also. He told them he was not bringing out with snow. So he takes the trailer back. They make him set the whole time. OK so he brings it home and it seem like it shut. First night no lock working Your kidding right. Before we left we couldn't shut the door. So I called from the camp ground and they said after the trip bring it back.after a total of back and fourth. We got it out and guess what the keys wouldn't lock the door.now of course by ,we are no longer warranty. So I feel like they never made it right in the first place. Now we should have to pay for it ? I don't think so. So my advice to you if your planning the same ,find someone who has had maybe a different place.when they worked on it they showed it worked. I guess on leavel ground it probably does. All camp grounds are not as leavel.

I drove an hour from home to Meet with Mark, I spoke with him over the phone for a couple days before I made the drive. I get there and didnt even get a hello when I walked in the door. Eventually Mark came out and asked me personal finance questions at the lobby, soon after we then went to his desk where he asked my credit score number and then asked for my husbands, but then cut me off and laughed and said never mind when people are married they have the same credit score. Then told me to scan a barcode and well see what he can do. Without even showing me the campers we talked about over the phone the last few days. Told me flat out he just said what he said to get me in the door because he’s a salesman and he needs to feed his family. I realized when i walked in the door i didnt want to make a sale with this company. I was then brushed off to service and parts for a few things i needed for my current camper, and it just got worse from there. The staff made me feel like an inconvenience. Mark never even said bye or shook my hand…Little did he know i had been saving for a new camper and had cash for the entire sale. I took my business elsewhere. This place was a huge waste of time.

If I could give more stars I would. We have been shopping for a travel for months. We had some very specific items we wanted. After several dealerships let us down we did our research and narrowed it down to 2 models we located them in OH 6+ hours from our home. So we called to make sure we would be able to take care of everything in one visit. Thank goodness we got Kevin as our sales rep, he prepared us for the best outcome possible. We arrived when the dealership opened and was greeted by Kevin with a smile asked if we needed anything after our long drive and then we off to look at the units. We quickly made a decision, worked out a deal and spent the day at the dealership working with Todd on financing and waiting for our unit to ready. We were able to have food delivered to their lounge that has recliners where we took a quick nap. The sales manager was last one to see us out the door. This experience was a breath of fresh air!!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2925 used RV from this location after reading favorable reviews. However, our experience was mixed depending upon who we were working with. It seems that some staff care about the customer experience and answering questions, and other do not. Our original sales rep, Todd Bainbridge, was helpful in looking at trailer options on the lot and answering our general questions. Once we moved into the finance stage, things got concerning. We felt rushed into the signing experience and were not offered the option to have an in person walk through (ended up doing a virtual video which we were not able to receive easily via email), despite being as flexible as possible with dates and call two weeks ahead to schedule.. Felt like the general manager just wanted to make a sale before the end of the month. We ended up moving forward with our purchase because we were happy with the trailer, but I would caution first time buyers to do their homework before setting foot in this place. Know what you are looking for and have financing options already preselected. The pick up process was very smooth and the staff doing this were very helpful.and on top of things Buy from here if you find a good deal, but go in with eyes wide open and realize they are in the business of making money first. We will not be returning for service after this experience as there are better options in the Akron area.
