    I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise at the Akron-Canton Airport location. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. The staff was incredibly attentive and made the pickup process quick and effortless. They communicated clearly every step of the way, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. What really stood out was how well-prepared they were—they had exactly what I needed in stock and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The drop-off process was just as seamless, which really speaks to their consistency and organization. I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be returning to the Akron-Canton Airport location for my future rentals. Highly recommend!

    Drove an hour and a half to get there to pick up a rental. They had my reservation but didn’t have the truck. Said they had no other options or vehicles and offered absolutely nothing. I never give bad reviews. I have a tendency to just let it go and move on. In this case, it is absolutely insane. To take the reservation and then not have the vehicle is right out of a Seinfeld episode.
