    Definitely recommend using this location. Had a wonderful experience with the Akron/Canton Airport Enterprise! Was very impressed with their customer service. Don’t use the Belden Village/ North Canton location. Had a horrible experience there.

    Both the employees I worked with at the CAK location were extremely friendly and helpful. I will only be renting from that location going forward. The cars are clean when you pick them up. They even let me go check out which one would be best for our trip.

    Person at desk is taking 15 minutes per paerson. Line is 15 ppl deep. I've already waited half an hour. No end in sight. 6p 6/18

    The service was excellent. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly and the process was simple. I received great service, and Dan handled my rental with outstanding professionalism. He was amazing.

    I regret ever giving this place a positive review. Now I know why they ask for reviews all the time. Have to cover up the bad ones someone. If you book a car less than 24 hours in advance they will tell you they don’t have enough cars or enough for their rentals later. Doesn’t matter if you go online or call they say they have cars. Nothing online says anything about booking 24 hours in advance. You better hope your flight doesn’t get cancelled or your car breaks down because they won’t help you.
