  Try to run a Mercedes from Turkeyfoot Enterprise and they sent us to Akron Canton Airport after we wasted our time and money and then Akron-Canton Airport which we were told to drive to didn't give us anything or help us at all they told us to go spend our money somewhere else it herts

  Don’t rent from here. Especially if you are traveling and live out of state. We accidentally left prescription glasses in the vehicle and realized it the same day the vehicle was returned. Immediately filed a claim for lost and filed and patiently tried contacting the location in Akron airport to speak to someone before they could rent the vehicle out. Customer service claims the toll free number listed for Akron airport is not a real number. They don’t have one and can only send an email requesting a call back. For days each representative even told me a regional manager would be calling me the same day. Only for me to call for several days and eventually be told they rented out the car and nothing was found in it. They told me they didn’t bother giving me a call to let me know because they saw I filed a claim. I am a plus member and always used enterprise as my go to for rentals. I won’t use them going forward

  A very well run car rental company and very professional and courteous staffs manning booth at the airports and I had experienced good service from start to finish to continue renting from them for my future travel need. Used to rent from Budget and Avis and found out lately, they are the worst managed company and always have tried to rip off their customers and strangely to customers who have rented from them repeatedly, for their work related travel need. It's so unfortunate that some of these top rental companies have been running their business unethically and no professionalism whatsoever. Never ever I will be renting from them anytime soon and in near future. I travel extensively for my work all over the country, week in and week out. Thanks for allowing me to express my anguish and frustrations over time.
