    Didn't have luxury SUV we prepaid for. Try to give us a SUV with horrible CANNABIs smell. Then gave us a very uncomfortable jeep. Do not recommend this Alamo location Akron Ohio airport.

    I reserved and was billed for a mid-sized SUV at the Canton/Akron airport but received a subcompact one instead. (I'm guessing that no mids were available.) We were on a schedule so I decided to get in the car and go. Upon returning the car I asked for and got a fee adjustment. The man at the desk was easy to work with and handled my request in less time than I expected.
