  Went through Costco Travel to rent a vacation trip vehicle. Used Alamo and the rate was reasonable. Low mileage minivan. Professional employees with check-in and return process. No problems and we will use Alamo again!

  We had a large premium suv (expedition max or similar) reserved for months and we went to pick up up (after a 30 min ride to the airport) and they didn’t have one available for us. Even though I was told they guarantee that size vehicle when I pick up when I made the reservation. They told me they could give me something smaller like a palisade which would not work for our trip considering I have something similar to that. We needed something bigger to take on vacation for a family and a lot of luggage and beach equipment. I was very disappointed on how they handled the whole thing. A phone call would have been nice earlier to tell me they didn’t have it and save us the drive and inconvenience to the airport.

  It's always nice renting from Alamo. In and out easily. Returning is also a breeze.
