She took the time to explain the entire process and reassured me that nothing would be done without fully discussing everything with me first and getting my approval. On my way to the shop, my car broke down, and when I called her, she calmly guided me through exactly what to do and even recommended a towing service to help me. When I finally made it to the shop, she was incredibly kind and compassionate. She even gave me a mini Jesus, which truly meant a lot and brightened my day during a stressful situation. It’s rare to find that level of care and kindness. I’m so grateful for the experience!
