  Having rented countless vehicles over the years, I’m happy to have this Enterprise local. I’d imagine it’s a thankless job trying to get everyone on the road and keep them happy, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue with the vehicle itself, their customer service within this specific branch has gone above and beyond to remedy the situation.

  First of all I had to drive over an hour one way to return the first vehicle because it was dirty smoke film on the windshield dust in the vents mucus on the pedals and tobacco in the door handles then an hour + back home to find the second vehicle had animal hair all over the back where someone evidently had there pet back there. My wife has allergies to animals has a lung disease and was just in the hospital for double pneumonia ear infections and a serious sinus infection. So I spent over 2 hours cleaning the vehicle because I didn’t want to make another 3 hours round trip to get another vehicle. I feel that I should’ve been reimbursed for the whole cost of this rental for all the trouble I had to endure let alone what my wife went through. I’m not sure we will be renting from here again.

  Friendly and caring staff. Very helpful with any questions that we had. Nice vehicles. Would recommend anyone to them for their rental needs. They were very helpful from day one on picking us up at the body shop to get our vehicle to when they gave us a ride home after returning the vehicle.
