  Staff was professional and went above and beyond during a very hectic time customers were pouring in being demanding and they kept there cool and were amazing gave me the best vehicle for my needed timeframe

  Newark Ohio location. Greg Amyx made sure I got a rental car and on the road, after I was in an accident on Friday night. I had hit a huge deer and my car didn't survive. I was pressed for time, because I had to be back at work. Greg and the people at Newark Enterprise made it happen. I very much Appreciate all the hard work and effort they did to get me back to Georgia on time.

  We have used enterprise in the past with no issues. We actually had a pretty good experience in the past with prior staff members. We reserved a van 4 months ago for pick up this morning at 9am. We had a big road trip planned with our children since our son just graduated from high school. I even called and spoke with "Matt" 2 days prior to be sure that a van would be available for pick first thing Saturday morning. He insured me that they had 5 vans in the parking lot and it wouldn't be an issue. We show up this morning and was told that there wasn't any vans available and one was supposed to be returned at 9 but it hasn't been returned yet and they can give us a call if it is returned today. I explained that we had booked months prior and planned a big road trip with our family. I wasn't offended help trying to find another vehicle for our family our anything even though he confirmed that he saw where we reserved several months prior. I was told that they can call of a van is returned. I got pissy! I was asked not to return which isn't an issue after the way that I was treated . I will never use Enterprise again. We ended up renting a Honda pilot from John Hinderer Honda in Heath Ohio since we've purchased from them before. . I have never had such horrible customer service from Enterprise as I had this morning. They have officially lost our business and Honda gained it!

  From the get go, we had a problem: the van we had reserved ended up being unavailable. Avery contacted me, let me know she was going to keep looking for a van for our family’s trip and that she also had other options available to us. She kept in touch and even though the business was very busy that day, she didn’t make me feel crazy for insisting on a van: she understood. Finally, I came into the store at closing and waited to see what we could find out. Someone returned their rental van, Matt checked them in and Avery stayed later than closing time in order to get me going in the van. I really appreciated her working so hard on our rental. When we returned the rental, matt was in and he was so helpful! We said we will be back because next time we want to buy a car, we want to rent it for a couple days before we commit. He let us know that the company has cars for sale that are no longer for rent, and we will definitely be doing that in the distant future. Because of their customer service, we are enterprise customers for life!
