  I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had such a great experience here that I had to! This was genuinely the best service I’ve ever received getting an oil change. I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less, and they checked so many things on my vehicle while I was there. Everyone was incredibly friendly, honest, and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was so much better than anywhere else I’ve gone. Seline was great at communicating what was going on, and very kind. I usually dread getting my oil changed because I was going to a local competitor for the past 3 oil changes, and each time it took minimum of a hour but this was completely different. It was quick, easy, and actually a pleasant experience. I will absolutely be coming back here for every oil change from now on. I can’t recommend them enough!

  As always, my experience at VIOC on 4th Street Northwest in New Philadelphia was speedy, friendly, and efficient!! For somebody like me, who's NOT a mechanical genius, they especially do a great job of answering questions and explaining things that may not be simple to understand.

  Sent my 16 year old nephew in for a synthetic blend oil change. They saw their opportunity and took it upon themselves to do a full synthetic. My nephew didn't know the price difference so they got him. First and last time... lesson learned
