  Took my car here. They advertise 10 minute oil changes but I sat in line behind one car for 25 minutes. The guy doing my oil change lied to me and said it was "Government FDA mandated that he inspect my cabin air filter." There is no such regulation. To top it off They charged me a "oil inflation fee" which they never mentioned prior to doing the work and is a joke considering they sell the oil for double what it costs anywhere else. Over $120 for the oil change. That was with a coupon.

  Love the service, very reasonable and great prices. I recommend coming here and getting your oil change.. very hospitalable environment.

  Went in on the morning of June 7, 2026 and the crew who provided the service was amazing! I did not catch their names but the young lady who took our information was so understanding and kind! She was very patient with us getting our information together and was very knowledgeable and gave us tire pressure recommendations for hauling our Rv from here back to Texas. The gentleman who did the oil change was amazing as well! The oil change itself could not have taken more than 10 minutes and while we waited they brought us some water bottles and popsicles for ourselves and our baby girls! Better service than we get in !! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a quick, and easy oil change.

  The employee that serviced my vehicle was very courteous and polite. They appreciate Veterans and give them a 25 percent discount. I'll have all my vehicles serviced here from now on.

  My experience at the New Philadelphia location was a great one! Devray and Joseph were knowledgeable about what my SUV needed. They gave me the best deal, thoroughly inspected my SUV, provided excellent customer service, and were accommodating by offering water and popsicles for my children. They were also very respectful in their communication. I truly appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend them. Also, a young lady was there helping the men during my oil change, she was kind and seemed to be very helpful to the men in servicing my vehicle.
