  The technician did such a great job stuck with it until the job was done. Had to replace both my front and back glass. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and I could tell he really knew what he was doing.

  Safelight scheduled to fix my chip and instead made it a crack and now I get to pay for a total replacement of the windshield instead of just a chip! This company is false advertising! Because not only do I have to pay for replacing my whole windshield, your company is making me drive to New Philadelphia, yet this company advertises that Safelite comes to you... SO WHY IS THIS COMPANY MAKING ME DRIVE 44 MINUTES? ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR MY GAS?!

  Zachary did a great job replacing my windshield. Was very nice and communicated with every step. Also did it very quickly and was overall such an easy process.

  Scheduling service was very quick and easy, appointments were available during my requested timeframe, the technician was very accommodating, and service was done well. I was able to get a crack in my windshield filled in a parking lot while my family played in a local park. Would recommend this service.
