  Worst experience for a place who is in the sales business. We drove over an hour to purchase a car after communicating with Wyatt over multiple emails. They gave us a time tomorrow, we asked if we could come in today, they offered a time, we asked if we could be there an hour later. They said that was fine. All of this through email. We made it there only to find out we were talking to an AI version of "Wyatt". We were told we should have come earlier, someone came in 20 mins ago and was in the process of buying it in the moment. We would have totally understood the situation if it wasn't because this salesman (short,slim,balding,with greyish facial hair, did not get his name) that tried to "help" us look for the email wouldn't have been so rude. We showed him the email and he pretty much said in a very rude and dismissive manner, like we were bothering him, that it was our fault for not calling and just showing up. He looked and talked to us like he was upset we were there. He couldn't help because he wasn't the big guy (referring to Wyatt) and he wasn't the one emailing us. The older gentleman in the office was much nicer even offering to find the email and this dude just goes and says I found it but it was and AI for Wyatt, we can't help them. There was no sorry for the mixup, no apologies, not even an offer of: can I show you something else? or were you looking for anything specific?. No help or sales customer service at all. What a disappointment. We needed to buy two vehicles. We figured we could look while we were there but no thank you.

  Chris is a wonderful salesman at Ferris!!! He wasn't pushy or "high pressure." There were a few minor issues with the used vehicle and he was proactive to have them fixed. He is a class act! The rest of the team was very friendly and attended to details also. Thank you Chris and the Ferris team!!!
