He answered all my questions. He made it easy. Lisa was so knowledgeable & helpful with all the tech on the new cars. They went above & beyond my expectations.

Found the car I wanted here after an accident which totaled my 2025 RAV4 (I was not at fault, but given nothing from insurance since it was a lease and only had a few days to find a new car with nothing to put down and currently lacking great credit from leasing the car only months prior.) We had already spoke with the previous salesman we used about the issue of our credit and he advised us not to worry since the bank we used was through Toyota and that they would understand the situation and work with us.
We met with Wyatt here (office on the Chevy side) and he assured us over the phone he would work with us and make it happen weighing what we needed. After a 2 hour drive here and waiting for 4 hours and having our credit ruined from the running it through bank after bank (which he said he would make sure wouldn’t happen, and I’m not even sure they went to Toyota financial like we’d asked since I never saw the inquiry for it as I did last time), they wanted us to put down way too much for a lease as well as having insane payment per month for a car smaller than the RAV4 I previously had. Incredibly disheartening leaving to drive another 2 hours home empty handed. (Even though as I said we had a 2025 Rav4 that we leased only months prior with zero issues.) Not sure if it was that Wyatt didn’t seem to really be interested in the sale and strung us along or if the finance guy knew what to do or didn’t want to help thinking we aren’t worth the business since we didn’t have perfect credit or deep. Some comments were borderline insulting to our intelligence. Then the next day ran us through yet another bank and found a better deal and wanted us to come all the way back as if this place hadn’t put us through enough the day before.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Got a better deal from another lot with even worse credit (because of these people). Terrible service
