  The team at Ferris made it incredibly easy to lease a new vehicle. I got a great deal and had fun doing it. I can’t say I’ve had that experience anywhere else. Thank you Ferris!

  Bought a used Toyota here but had asked if it had been smoked in and they said no. We asked for it to be cleaned/swept out inside because we saw food under the seats. No cleaning had been done and the back mats had sticky residue on them. Also found grass clippings and cigarette burns holes under them. Front cup holder liners stuck from drinks that had dripped. Definitely not detailed!

  Superb service as always! They fixed an issue my car had with its Turbo boost, and they did it in no time! They were kind enough to provide a loaner car for me to use, so I didn’t have to wait there all day or come back the next day. Thankfully this was covered under warranty.

  My problem is my radiostations on FM are static or worse if i have a charging cable plugged into the charging USB even with Toyotas cables. If I unplug it then stations are clear. Is there a fix? I'm still not happy about a lack of a spare tire. If my wife cuts a sidewall on a country road with no cell service she's stranded. And why is It smaller inside overall with the same mpg as my 2010 prius with 300k miles that is much bigger. Taking cargo and comfort space AND a spare tire accomplished nothing but unhappy customers.

  Very knowledgable sales person. Answered all questions we had on the car. And the customer service rep went into great detail on all of the car's features and how to program it all
