  This was a great experience from start to finish. He helped decide on the needed space for all the passengers. Very helpful and made the rental happen with a few clicks! I'll be back in a few months to do it again. ENTERPRISE of New Philadelphia, Ohio has my recommendations. The only inconvenience was the very tight parking space,not an employee problem I want to reiterate. I'd give 10 outta 10 for this rental!

  The bait and switch on the cars is frustrating. When you rent one class of vehicle, and you get there the morning of your rental, only to find out that they have downgraded your car and leave you with no choice but to take what they have "available". They never upgrade you; it's always a downgrade. The cars smell like smoke. The excuse is always a hailstorm or a shortage of cars. I gave them 2 weeks' notice for a car. They should have been able to plan for that.

  Extremely Unhappy!!! My family and I rented a mini to travel to Flordia. We arrived at the New Phila location and was told the morning of our reservation that there was nothing available. They stated they tried to contact me but I have no missed calls/messages showing this. They said they planned to just upgrade us to an Expedition to accommodate us (we had a party of 7) but we needed a major CC to reserve it. We do not own a CC so they said they had no options for us . They said they tried other locations and nothing was available. They also mentioned that since we booked thru a 3rd party sometimes they just don't have the vehicle. Although I immediately got onto Enterprise website and it showed a mini was available (I do have screen shots to prove this). My family had reservations, plans with other family members in flordia, hotels set up and since they had nothing for us and no solutions for us we missed out on a lot of family time. I even called Corporate and they stated they would escalate it to higher management and they would call me back . I never received a phone call .
