- GMG MJun 4, 20261.0Dropped off my new Carvana car for an inspection. Was told I needed $4,200+ in repairs but realized they aren’t in their network. After taking it to Firestone, who’s in carvana repair network, I found out that the only thing it needed was an oil change. Was told I needed new breaks with 70% remaining on current pads. Was told I needed new tires only to realize my current tires were basically new. Thankfully after speaking to the GM Corey he was apologetic and quick to give me a refund. It could have been a bad apple that did the inspection but I’m hesitant to trust after this.
