  Went for an oil change and probably won’t go back. First they didn’t honor the coupon I showed them. It said 80.99 for a full synthetic oil change. The guy ended up saying my total would be 124 or something in that area . But then he gives me 15 off, still having to paying over 100 when the coupon clearly said 80.99. Next, the tech tells me not to ever go to valvoline again because they are known to mess your car up, okay I guess. 20 minutes after leaving the shop I had to go back as my check engine light comes on. I drive back to the shop, they look at it, messes with the air filter and tells me it shouldn’t come back on. I then go to work, as I work evenings/nights. On my way home which was about 11pm, my check engine light comes back on. Very frustrating I must say. So now I have to cancel things I had going on the following morning to go back and get it looked at. I’m

  The staff here are quick, efficient and beyond exceptional! My boyfriend’s truck broke down in the Sheetz next door, we walked over right at close to ask for help. Mark and Cory exceeded our expectations. They walked over with a battery pack to try to jump it, crawled under the truck to try to look for other issues, even walked back to the shop to grab more tools to try to get the truck started. When all failed, Cory said we could have the truck towed to his store and would fix it the following day. My boyfriend and I had no way to get home afterward and Cory even offered to drive us home. They worked quickly and we were able to pick it up 2 days later. Their kindness and generosity helped us when we were in a time of need. We were very grateful for all of their help!

  Mark was very friendly and kind - he met me outside the building, took my info, and I left within 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes it was done! The check out process was easy and fast, Mark gave me a paper with some things to look out for to repair next time. Super fast and professional and friendly - will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for your help!

  I can easily see why this place is so highly rated - they were absolutely life savers for me! I ran over a nail and unfortunately needed a tire replaced. I was leaving for vacation that evening and they were able to squeeze me in and get it done! Mark was amazing and had me in and out super quickly and was incredibly friendly. Everyone there was super nice and made sure to greet me even though they were working with other customers. Top notch customer service I would 100% recommend and return. They made a stressful situation much less stressful

  I called to schedule an oil change, and Mark answered the phone. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. I knew I’d called the right place. I got to the shop about 8 minutes later and was greeted with smiles. Mark kept me updated throughout the entire process, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car. The whole team was knowledgeable, efficient, and made everything quick and easy. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I couldn’t leave a tip when paying with my card. That’s okay though. Next time I’ll make sure to bring cash because I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, Mark, and the entire team for the excellent service!
