  Absolutely terrible customer service. Gary was extremely rude and refused to email an invoice. Go anywhere else in town besides here absolutely pitiful customer service. They just lost thousands of dollars of potential business….

  Very fair, efficient and fast. I sent my teenage daughter for her first rotate and reseal after a hard winter on her first care. They made it easy and comfortable for a young lady that had no clue what she was doing. I a. A customer from here on out.

  I initially went to get a tire repaired, the technician put a new tire on and never put my spare tire back up underneath the car. He just put it in my trunk. When I went back to get that tire put back where it was supposed to go and got an oil change a different technician took my car into the shop sat on my seats with very dirty clothes and my steering wheel was really dirty after he got out. I feel like they should put something on your seats before they sit down on them. I have white leather seats. Originally I was quoted $104 for the oil Change and that was with a $25 coupon, So it would’ve been $129 which I expressed was very expensive. I did agree to the service. When the oil change was complete, the manager did knock another $15 off, which I appreciated, but I won’t be back.

  Had a screw sticking out of my tire while in Ontario (OH). After checking with five different tire shops between Ontario and Mount Vernon, the only business that put their customer first was Tire Choice in Mount Vernon. Within 10 minutes, the screw was removed, tire patched and I found a dependable business that I can trust my vehicle to be serviced. Thanks guys!
