- MYMatt YApr 9, 20255.0Takrourin’=Transparency Most transparent buying experience I have ever had .Needed to buy a work car for a new job . Found a 2013 MKZ I liked at Takrourin’. Ahmad helped me tremendously . From my original visit the car had a light on , he instantly ran the codes with me and text me the codes to research myself . When I returned to check out the car he had the car at his local shop on the lift for me to inspect , and allowed me to see the diagnostic and the quote on the part needed . He worked with me and offered a very reasonable solution and pricing for changing the part that saved me a lot of money and stress . The car was repaired and runs like a top . Very smooth and comfortable car . He also checked in on me after the purchase multiple times to see how the car was running , which is non exist in most other buying experiences. I would buy from here again and would send my friends and family due to the honestly and customer service I received.

Side note: we are grateful we didn’t purchase from a few other dealers in the area. We asked some locals and found out that some other second-hand dealerships close-by are very dishonest. We hadn’t heard of Takrourin’ Motors before purchasing, but happened to drive by the lot and see the van. 5-stars and glad we purchased from a trustworthy local business.
