  I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone. John took the time to find the perfect wiper blades for my car. Up till that point, I had no idea what I was looking for. When I was struggling to put my wiper blades on, Lin came over to put them on. The entire time the team acted in a welcoming and professional manner. I will be back and recommend the store to others. Thank you.

  I came to Auto Zone today with a battery that was seemingly dead. I walked in the front door and was immediately greeted and invited to the parts counter. An associate did a diagnosis and determined the battery was certifiably and undeniably.....dead with no hopes of holding a charge This associate then looked up the details of the battery and went to get a replacement and let me know the battery was still under warranty. I left a battery with no charge and I left the store with a battery at no charge. All of this with a smile and enthusiasm to provide quality service from well trained associates. Get yourself in the zone. Auto Zone. I may come out of retirement to work with a team that was engaged and caring which made my experience that much better

  The management there is rude and some of them cuss in front of customers and treat customers unfairly after leaving there from employment. Will never go back
