  Over torqued the drain plug by 166% of spec (35ft/lbs) atleast. The service they provide here renders you unable to perform service yourself. I had to go buy a torque wrench just for this. I went back and they wanted me to pay for another oil change, they refused to check the torque. I will not be going back to this location and that's respect their customer's vehicle.

  Great guys, fast service, honest & reliable. They actually accidentally broke my rear wiper once in an install, and they ordered a replacement & gave me the wiper for free! Top tier service & customer service, customer for life 💯

  Use to work at a Valvoline, love the atmosphere. This location has never disappointed, gets me in and out quickly and has taken care of me! No issues. Never pressure me to buy more than I came for, always have coupons and run deals!

  Had me park outside to do a fluid exchange, didn't watch the machine. My transmission was way over filled. Ended up having to buy a transmission and put it in cause after I left it wouldn't shift right and got stuck in a gear. Would never recommend anyone to go to this shop. They think just cause they hook a machine up that it's gonna be right. Im highly pissed about my transmission. It's not my fault. It was shifting just fine before I took it there. Im out money on the transmission, the $178 dollars for a whack job fluid transfer which is outrageous only costs $60 for the fluid that was required for the transfer, I know prices, I'm a mechanic myself and I frequently go to parts stores. I should have my money refunded and be compensated for the transmission and my lost work time. But of course your gonna tell me your not liable but you garbage people you have working at this shop don't know what they're doing.

  WARNING – If you want to damage your car’s transmission and end up having to replace it, take your car to this Valvoline location—they will do it really well. I took my car to this location in January, as I normally do. It was not the first time I had taken my cars there for oil changes or other fluid replacements in the past. I expected the people working there to know what they were doing, but that was not the case. They replaced the transmission fluid, and two months later my transmission was damaged. When I took my car to a repair shop, they told me that something was wrong with the transmission fluid and that it was most likely replaced incorrectly or that the wrong fluid was used. Now I have to replace the entire transmission, all because the Valvoline technicians did a terrible job. They have lost a customer, and I am doing my part by sharing with family and friends what can happen to their cars. Think twice before taking your car to this Valvoline. Next time, it could be you who has to replace your transmission—or even your engine—because of their poor work.
