- RARenee Amicon2 days ago2.0I went and got my oil changed today. Gage and Nathan were out in the lot talking when I pulled in. Nathan directed me with a wave of his hand to enter the bay. I did, as soon as I pulled up, he reprimanded me for not being directed in by him. I told him he waved me in and he continued to argue with me. It was a very uncomfortable situation.The way he treated me was very undermining and demeaning. I have been a customer in the past, and have been pleased with the service and treatment. Today was a huge disappointment. General Manager, maybe you should train your staff to have better customer service as this was unacceptable.

But the technicians clearly didn’t want my business. The attitude was insane. I clearly heard the guy beneath my car screaming and cussing and the guy that scanned me in was the most dismissive/passive aggressive person I’ve come across while ever visiting any of the locations near by me. I would have went to eastgate but they closed at 5:30 so I drove out of my way. I will not be returning to the Milford location period the end. 0/10 would not recommend, as someone who works in customer service it was just totally unacceptable.

- CFcody fischerSep 7, 20265.0Every employee was polite, funny, and patient when I asked questions about what oil I should get with my vehicle and the mileage I had. I did feel bad for them due to the heat index. Corporate should definitely invest in ideas to keep employees cool in high heat.

He slammed my door and hit my leg because I didn't unlock it fast enough for him to scan the inside of the door. When going back into the bay, he slammed the scanner down and made it obvious he was pissed off. Bad days happen but if you can't handle your emotions in front of customers that just arrived, don't work with people. I've always had good experiences here but for this visit I took my business elsewhere.
